Lee H. Waronker attended Florida State University at Tallahassee, majoring in Real Estate, where he received his Bachelor of Science degree in 1976. From 1977 to 1978 he was an appraiser for the Dade County Department of Right-of-Way. Subsequently, from 1978 to 1979, he worked as an appraiser for The Keyes Company.
In 1979, Lee joined Property Consultants, Inc. in the capacity of Vice President. While in this position, in 1981, Lee was awarded a Master of Science in Management, majoring in Real Estate, from the School of Business and Organizational Science at Florida International University. In 1983, his MAI designation (No. 6738) was awarded by the Appraisal Institute. He remained with Property Consultants, Inc. until 1987, when he founded Waronker & Associates, Inc., now known as Waronker & Rosen, Inc.
