Josh L. Rosen attended The University of Florida, School of Business Administration in Gainesville with a major in Real Estate and Urban Analysis. He was awarded the degree of Bachelor of Business Administration in May of 1983. His MAI designation (No. 11800) was awarded by the Appraisal Institute.
Upon graduation from college, Josh went to work for Property Consultants, Inc., where he worked as an appraiser. In 1987 he joined Waronker & Associates, Inc. In 1994 he became a principal in Waronker & Associates, Inc. In the year 2000, Waronker & Associates, Inc. became Waronker & Rosen, Inc., with Josh becoming a name partner.
In his experience, Josh has appraised a variety of properties, incuding, but not limited to industrial buildings, office buildings, office condominiums, apartment buildings, warehouses, shopping centers, hotels, motels, service stations, amusement parks, golf courses, marinas, restaurants, special purpose facilities, vacant land, churches and synagogues.
Josh is a State Certified General Appraiser, State of Florida license number RZ395, and a licensed real estate sales person in the State of Florida.
